The P3Hpro is made for most 4 ft to 12 ft portable step ladders. It sits on the top cap, with or without receiver slots, and the included cam-buckle strap holds it in place. If you're not sure, email us a photo of your ladder's top cap.
How much weight does it hold?
Up to 15 lb. That's a can of paint plus the hand tools you're using. The limit is molded right into the platform.
Can I stand on it?
No. "This is not a step" is molded into the deck for a reason. Never stand or kneel on the platform, or on your ladder's top cap.
Can I move the ladder with it on?
The strap keeps the platform on the ladder, but loose items can shift. Take them off the platform before you move the ladder, and never move a ladder while you're on it.
Is it only for painting?
No. It started with painters, but it works for plenty of jobs at the top of a step ladder: trim carpentry, light fixtures, plumbing, window cleaning or holiday lights.
How do I clean it?
The smooth resin surface makes cleanup easy. Wipe it down while the paint is still wet.
What comes in the box?
The P3Hpro platform and one cam-buckle strap. The ladder is not included.
What if I need to return it?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. If yours arrives damaged, email connectwithus@getprowise.com with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
Which color should I choose?
Blue and black are the same platform at the same price. Pick the one you like, or the one that matches your ladder.
Lost or damaged strap?
Email connectwithus@getprowise.com with your order number and we'll help you get a replacement cam-buckle strap.
