Inspect your P3Hpro when it arrives. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right.
Damaged or defective
Please inspect your order when you receive it, and contact us right away if an item is defective or damaged so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible, send your order number and photos of the damage to connectwithus@getprowise.com.
Changed your mind
Items that aren't damaged can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Send us your order number, and make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
